Ramen Tatsunoya had possibly the finest traditional ramen bowl I’ve ever tasted, in terms of both taste and presentation.

Bone Kettle is a Thai ramen house with a 36-hour ox tail ramen broth. So good and flavorful. Those dumplings were killer. Next time I’m in town I’m trying the ox tail ramen.
